I'll Still Be There
I wonder what you'll do when I am gone
Me, I just want you all to carry on
To watch the sunrise as it's getting light
And pause while it sets most every night
And what will you feel when I'm not there
I hope the best of memories that we share
With the wind my touch upon your skin
And the sun my warmth, please let it in
When things are good and when they're not
Appreciate all that you have got
The air you breathe, food you eat
Your life - the bitter and the sweet
Will you tell the stories of all we've done
The tears, the cheers, the fights and fun
And will you still talk to me when in despair
I hope you do, cause I'll still be there
I believe that all our lives entwine
Mine with yours and yes yours with mine
I'm in your thoughts, actions, I'm everywhere
So look hard enough and I'll be there
Love is the one thing that doesn't die
Nor does it diminish as time goes by
My love's eternal, the thread we share
Just remember me and I'll be there.
